We select our product and service suppliers from local companies.
We prefer to use local products.
We do not throw away the waste of bakery products produced in our hotels; we give it to the local people and ensure its use as animal feed.
We create internship opportunities for tourism students to gain work experience.
We support our staff with training and a career management program.
We aim to develop our own employees as much as possible, promote them to higher positions, and grow together.
We support measures that encourage visitors to stay overnight in local areas, meet with local producers and service providers, and increase local spending, thereby increasing the contribution of tourism to the host destination. Support professional specialization without discrimination based on race, gender, or disability, and increase the number and quality of local employment created by tourism by improving wages and service quality.
Strive to ensure a widespread and equitable distribution of the economic and social benefits derived from tourism activities, and improve the opportunities, income, and services provided to economically and socially disadvantaged groups.
